On the ‘territorial continuity’ charges for residents (or natives) of Sicily with regard to air transport

The petitioner refers to EU legislation on territorial continuity with regard to a scheme to facilitate passenger air travel between the Italian mainland and Sicily. He complains of discrimination against residents of Sicily, or those born on the island, who, at certain times of the year, incur significant air transport costs for flight connections with other Italian regions, from or to Sicily.
