Petition addressed to: Petitionsausschuss des Europäischen Parlaments

The petitioner claims that there is a general lack of EU regulation concerning LED lights. He states that the major issue regarding LED lights is their power as they are too bright and that, when fitted into cars, they can end up dazzling the other drivers and pedestrians. Lastly, he raises concern for the high light pollution they create, as due to their energy efficiency, they remain constantly turned on. He asks the European Parliament to act on this issue.
