On noise pollution near a busy railway in Bucharest, Romania

The petitioner complains about the very high level of noise pollution generated by a busy railway in Bucharest, Romania. She points out that the railway lacks any noise shields and that the distance between the rail and the numerous residential buildings surrounding it is very small. According to the petitioner, the municipality has failed to provide remedies despite the fact that the affected residents are deeply affected by the noise.
