Lūgums adresēts: Petitionsausschuss des Europäischen Parlaments

The petitioner complains that a writ of execution was issued in favour of his bank-creditor and the petitioner did not receive any papers from the private bailiff in his case. He alleges that the private bailiff made a public sale of his property at a price lower than the tax assessment, in violation of the law. The petitioner also complains that he did not receive any assistance by the District Prosecutor`s office.
