On forest fires in the EU

The petitioner is of the view that there has been insufficient preparation in the Member States in the event of forest fires. It is likely that there will be an increase in the number of destructive fires as a result of global warming. He makes specific proposals for a rapid reaction force, technical equipment and the training of professionals, which would also cover other natural disasters in the EU.
