On companies paying dividends, paying taxes in tax havens, distributing stock market during confinement triggered by COVID-19 pandemic

The petitioner is concerned about companies taking profit of the current situation in the period of the confinement triggered by COVID-19 pandemic. She asks to stop helping industries who send their capitals and net profits to tax havens countries. In her opinion, those taking advantage of speculations on the stock markets, putting money for the future ‘top hat’ pension plans and distributing profit shares during confinement, are using the powers of persuasion and threat of crisis. She asks the EU countries to demonstrate that people’s health is not exchangeable for money.
