On behalf of inhabitants of Sławków, on the construction of a noise barrier along the national road 94 in Sławków in Poland

The petitioner asks for support in persuading national authorities to build a noise fence along the national road passing by the city of Sławków in Silesia, Poland. She alleges that the intense traffic is causing pollution and noise affecting people living in the buildings along the road 94. The problem has been apparently known by the authorities and the need of a fence is justified by the existing regulations, but the problem raised by the inhabitants has been neglected for many years.
