The petitioner says that the economic instabilities of companies listed on stock exchanges have had a particularly adverse impact on small shareholders. He therefore asks for an obligation to be imposed on companies listed on stock exchanges in Europe to allow minority shareholders to have their own representative on the Board of Directors, who should be chosen through primaries conducted using electronic voting on the relevant companies’ internet portals.
