On an alleged breach of fundamental rights by the Portuguese Central Bank

The petitioner alleges that the Portuguese Central Bank issues public alerts that include personal data of ordinary citizens, without any notification and without giving them the possibility to object or challenge this publication. The petitioner argues that this has irreversible effects on the dignity and reputation of the persons in question and their families, who are deprived of the right to defend themselves.
