Petition is addressed to: Petitionsausschuss des Europäischen Parlaments

The petitioner made a complaint to the Bulgarian Energy and Water Regulatory Commission about the General Terms and Conditions of energy supply of his provider (main provider in Sofia). He recalls that more than 3 000 000 Bulgarians suffer from the unlawful acts of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission. He alleges that the monopolist heating district companies deliberately made citizens pay undue costs of services to its advantage. In his opinion, it is a matter of deliberate and unlawful institutional monopolistic policy.
