Andrageren kræver obligatorisk montering af systemer til advarsel mod frontal kollision i lastbiler og biler. Han mener, at når en kollision er uundgåelig, skal bremserne anvendes i fuldt omfang. Han hævder, at selv om bilfabrikanterne allerede har teknologien til sådanne advarselssystemer, tilbyder ikke alle fabrikanter disse som standardudstyr.
