Andrageren fordømmer den behandling, han har modtaget fra det spanske agentur for lægemidler og sundhedsprodukter (AEMPS), som diskriminerer mellem dets midlertidigt ansatte og faste medarbejdere. Han anfører, at midlertidigt ansatte i modsætning til fastansatte ikke er omfattet af "karriereudviklingssystemet" og ikke modtager produktivitetstillægget.
