Andrageren anfører, at glyfosat på grundlag af dyreforsøg er blevet klassificeret som kræftfremkaldende. Som følge heraf er der mistanke om, at det også er til skade for mennesker. Andrageren mener, at glysofat på grundlag af de potentielle farer forbundet med midlet skal forbydes som en sikkerhedsforanstaltning til beskyttelse af offentligheden.
