Podľa názoru predkladateľa petície prevažná väčšina obyvateľstva chce, aby bola zmena sezónneho času zrušená, otázkou však je, či by sa mal zachovať letný alebo zimný čas. Predkladateľ petície preto navrhuje nový štandardný čas ako kompromis, ktorý bude prijateľný pre obe strany, tým, že sa čas upraví o pol hodiny.
