Indiener verzoekt het Parlement gezondheidsoverwegingen een rol te laten spelen bij de planning en installatie van near-infraroodlichtbronnen in de omgeving. In het verzoekschrift legt indiener uit welke positieve effecten near-infrarood lichtbronnen hebben op de gezondheid die de negatieve effecten van LED-, OLED- en HEVL-verlichting (TV, mobiele telefoons, LED-lampen, enz.) zouden kunnen compenseren.
