Andrageren opfordrer Parlamentet til at tage sundhedsmæssige hensyn i betragtning, når der planlægges installation af belysning, og støtte opsættelsen af lyskilder med nær-infrarødt lys i miljøet. Andrageren forklarer i andragendet den positive effekt på helbredet ved nærinfrarød belysning, som muligvis kan opveje de negative effekter af LED-, OLED- og HEVL-lys (TV, mobiltelefoner, LED-pærer osv.).
