A petíció benyújtója azt szeretné, ha a polgárok megtarthatnák európai polgárságukat, ha a származási országuk kilép az Unióból. Azt kéri, hogy ezt a státuszt minden olyan polgár számára tartsák fenn, aki ezt kérelmezi.
