ESTABLISHING of INTERNATIONAL ETHICAL COURT

We have to stop any anti-moral, anti- ethical behavior of member of any government, other legislative and\or executive authorities of any country! The policy and politics must follow the ethical principles in local and international activities and acts. The International Ethical Court must control the matching of acts and behavior of a member of any government, senate or other legislative and executive organs to international standarts of ethical norms. When necessary, International Ethic Court can declare that person unethical, and recommend to all organisations as banks, transport, industrial, trading,post offices, customs and passport control points and other to stop of service it, as punishment untill the moment, when that person would correct the behaviour. The IEC It has to fill that legal niche what was formed between International Court on War Crimes and International Criminal Court.The person, which would be accused by Tribunal (Court) for breaking of ethics norms of the behavior, whether it would be fraud on elections with the purpose to fix own provision in this country, or actions against a world law and order, or infringement of the rights of citizens of the country, where the resident - is considered the total isolation of that person from communication in any its form- actually the pariah. The decision of this Tribunal (Court) declares accused as the "person without conscience", and any communications with such person would be not recommended to government employees of other states if they take care of their reputation. Citizens of the country, whose head it is declared by "by the person without conscience".
