O peticionário alega que o Ministério romeno para os fundos europeus, juntamente com vários outros operadores económicos, esteve envolvido num caso de fraude com fundos da UE em Mehedinti, na Roménia. O peticionário afirma ainda que, apesar de ter apresentado queixas criminais nesta matéria, o Ministério Público de Luta contra a Corrupção da Roménia não tomou qualquer medida.
