O peticionário queixa-se da situação na cidade de Hellín, que afirma ter sido abandonada no que se refere às ligações ferroviárias (Madrid – Múrcia). Queixa-se das más ligações ferroviárias da cidade, apelando à sua melhoria e ao estabelecimento de uma paragem para a linha de alta velocidade. Está previsto o comboio de alta velocidade com destino a Múrcia passar por Alicante, mas não por Hellín.
