Petition addressed to:
United Nations
Our team at https://inflatableboatlift.com/ is demanding that the relevant authorities tighten their monitoring and enforcement of laws. We condemn all people who are involved in illegal air and water pollution, as well as industrial, construction, household, and medical waste.
We are against:
- illegal emissions into the air by enterprises;
- illegal transport of hazardous wastes;
- illegal landfills near rivers and lakes;
- illegal discharge of water into rivers and lakes;
- drainage of lakes;
- illegal disposal of hazardous chemicals;
- soil pollution.
We are for it:
- increase in fines for violations of laws
- implementation of administrative, state, and international laws and legal acts on environmental protection
- reconstruction of obsolete factories
- invention and implementation of new technologies to reduce the harmful effects on nature;
- landscaping of settlements;
- creation of funded programs and funds
Despite all the damage that man causes to our planet, we All still have enough chances to return it to its former form and preserve its purity and beauty. Environmental safety programs that aim to create a globally coordinated response to crime related to environmental pollution will help us in this.
Reason
The issue of the ecology water resources is acute. The annual consumption of freshwater is about 0.5 trillion. cubic meters, the largest consumers are industrial organizations, agriculture, and utilities. As a result of their activity, 120 thousand km of watercourses in our country are heavily polluted. There is also a deterioration in the ecology of the marine environment, which suffers from the extraction of oil, various minerals, and gas in the shelf zone. Around and near large factories that release toxins, living organisms die in water bodies. The degree of damage is so high that certain species of animals, birds, and fish have disappeared or are on the verge of extinction.
In addition, environmental pollution disruptions affect our health and safety for both adults and children every day. All of these illegal water and air pollution crimes threaten environmental sustainability, public health, safety, and quality of life for animals, fish, and birds.
