Podnositelj predstavke osuđuje uvjete za djecu u centru za odbijene tražitelje azila u Sjælsmarku (Danska). Tvrdi da je takav centar u suprotnosti s načelom najboljeg interesa djeteta i da predstavlja ozbiljnu opasnost za psihičko i fizičko zdravlje djece. Podnositelj predstavke poziva se na izvješća Crvenog križa i Ombudsmana u kojima se navodi da djeca u Sjælsmarku žive u vrlo teškim uvjetima.
