Η αναφέρουσα ζητεί να διατηρηθεί η ιθαγένεια της ΕΕ για τους ουαλλούς και σκωτσέζους πολίτες που γεννήθηκαν μεταξύ του 1972 και της ημερομηνίας του Brexit. Πιστεύει ότι δεν μπορεί να τους αφαιρεθεί η ιθαγένεια της ΕΕ, είτε το Brexit προχωρήσει είτε όχι.
