The petitioner complains that his normal life has been severely restricted. He lives close to the border in Sweden but works in Finland, and is covered by Finnish healthcare. He considers the border traffic restrictions imposed by the Finnish government to prevent the spread of Covid-19 as an unnecessary violation of his freedom of movement.
