Fast alle diese pragmatisierten Herrschaften haben diese "Professur" ohne Ausschreibung quasi als Gimmick der Habil nachgeschmissen bekommen. Im Gegensatz zu den A2 Stelleninhabern musste kein Bewerbungsverfahren absolviert werden, sondern diese Schicht wurde einfach durchpragmatisiert.

"Verbesserung der Geschlechtergerechtigkeit infolge des höheren Frauenanteils" Also heißt mehr Frauen = Besser!?!?!?!? Schämen sie sich das was sie fordern kommt einer Behindertenförderung gleich! Ich als Frau sehe nicht ein, dass ich behindert sein soll! In Forschung und Lehre setzt sich Qualität durch und wer das nicht versteht, der ist versucht von seinen geistigen Mängeln abzuweisen!
