sia's exclusion from Swift will have a minimal impact on the short-term development of the war in Ukraine. The consequences would be more harmful for European countries than for Russia. Moreover, we have already adopted sanctions, which are aimed at the long term. Thus, we cannot really prevent the current war by any hasty measuresk, such as the exclusion of Russia from Swift.
