Travel Agents must be allowed to keep their commission on holidays booked and on flight only a minimum of euro 35.00 per person. Agents would have worked hard to make the sale, administrate the booking and pay staff for their work. Thus months later somethings happens Staff have already been paid and office expenses already paid out, So we as Agents cannot be expected to give back money work work done.
