Weil das Gesundheitssystem in vielen Regionen sehr schlecht bis nicht ausreichend ist. Ein weiterer Abbau, bedeutet für Patienten noch weniger Versorgung und für viele auch schlechtere Erreichbarkeit in andere Städte.
