أنا ضد أن يتم تسجيل القفطان باسم المغرب في دورة ديسمبر لأنه القفطان الجزائري و بلدي يملك أرشيفه و أنا أحيطكم علما بما يقوم به المغرب بيحاولوا الاستيلاء على تراث بلدي فقط بالبروباغاندات و هو عاجز عن إثباته عن طريق الارشيف

لااقبل أن يسجل القفطان والشدة وكل ماهو جزائري في تراث المغربي اعارض ملف المغرب الذي يحاول يسرق كل ماهو جزاىري

L'Algérie, pays continental et vaste région du Maghreb, possède un riche patrimoine, des coutumes et des vêtements traditionnels, dont le caftan. La présence ottomane en Algérie par le passé a contribué au pillage de ce patrimoine, notamment du caftan. Il est donc impératif de protéger le patrimoine et les vêtements algériens. Nous vous exhortons à les protéger.

Les vêtements sitter au dossier du Maroc sont déjà inscrites pour l'Algérie, le Maroc par ce dossier tente de voler notre patrimoine et les textes fondamentaux de L'UNESCO interdisent ces infractions contre le patrimoine

لا اقبل ان يسرق تراثنا الوطني قفطان القاضي تارخيه يعود الى القرن الخامس عشر من الموضوعية تحري الحقائق فالتراث هو جزء من هوية المجتمعات وترث اجدادهم ولا يحق لاحد الاستلاء عليه تقبلوا فائق الاحترام والتقدير

Dear Sirs, I would like to draw your attention to the existence of serious violations in the “Caftan” file (File No. 2077) submitted by the Kingdom of Morocco, as it includes Algerian elements that have already been officially registered with UNESCO.

Pourquoi a t-on créé l'UNESCO si ce n'est pas pour connaitre l'originalité et l'histoire du patrimoine de chaque pays or dire que le caftan est habit marocain cela contredit votre raison d'être le caftan n'a jamais été marocain car c'est les familles algériennes fuiyant le colon français qui ont exporté ce savoir faire au maroc.

Le caftan est un habit des gouverneurs algériens avant 1830 periode ottomane tableau il était toujours masculin et que les hommes hauts gradés qui le mettaient jusqu'a que la femme Algérienne le transforme en habit féminin .

Je suis contre le vol du patrimoine Algérien par nos voisins ce qui est Algérien doit rester Algérien. Le Musée de Stockholm (Suède) expose un caftan offert par Ali Pacha au roi de Suède à l’occasion de la signature du traité de 1731, alors que le Musée de Vienne expose des caftans, dont un modèle en soie de Tlemcen et une collection de l’impératrice d’Autriche de Wittelsbach, connue sous le nom de « Sissi » (1837-1898).
