Dit is een verdoken argument Brugge!!! ZOGENAAMD om mensen zonder wettig verblijf bestuurlijk aan te houden, maar ondertussen treft deze maatregel niet ènkel die mensen maar ook mensen die hen ondersteunen. Uiterst rekbaar begrip: mensen die beschouwd worden als ” ’n gevaar vr openbare orde of nationale veiligheid” daar kunnen zelfs jij en ik toe behoren.... Rechtstaat: Gebaseerd op de URM/ EVRM/grondwet o/d mens te beschermen tegen willekeur vd overheid! Deze maatregel gaat richting willekeur

geen strafwetboek meer

strafwetboek spreekt niet alleen over rechten maar ook over plichten. Jammer dat daklozen en illegalen zich ook aan plichten(de wet) moeten houden? Zouden we dan niet beter direct alle wetten afschaffen als jullie vinden dat iedereen mag doen wat hij wilt. Zou wel leuk zijn moest iedereen die deze petitie PRO tekent, dan ook direct een illegaal in huis neemt, ervoor zorgt en ook verantwoordelijk is voor zijn daden(geen probleem, aangezien jullie vinden dat zij toch niets verkeerd doen??)

Terecht, illegalen maken Europa kapot ! We hebben al genoeg dokters en ingenieurs in ons land . Deporteren die handel !
