Weil dieser Businesspark sicher ein Flop wird. Möbelhäuser Z.B. Kika Leiner müssen schließen, Schuhgeschäfte müssen schließen. Im Zentrum von Oberpullendorf stehen viele Geschäftslokale leer. Stob Süd ist auch nicht gerade überlaufen. Es gibt in Oberpullendorf genug Spar, Billa, Lidl. Garantiere dass diese Investition und Bodenversiegelung sich nie rechnet. Auch genannten 300 Jobs ist eine Träumerei. Online Handel nimmt extrem zu. Verstehe die Bürgermeister innen nicht hier mitzumachen.
