Pflege am Limit

Seit Jahrzehnten der Pflege zugehörig sehe ich, dass außer weniger Personal und mehr Verantwortung sich für die Pflege nichts verändert hat. Es wird Zeit für eine kompetente Unterstützung, die uns ermöglicht entsprechend der heutigen Vorgaben und mit Menschlichkeit in der Pflege zu arbeiten!

noch eine Initiative? wichtig wärs wenn alle die hier was tun wollen mal an einem Strang ziehen und nicht nur gscheid reden! Teile und herrsche - je kleiner die Gruppe umso weniger wird sie gehört! Unterstützt doch mal bestehende Gewerkschaften - ist das keine Alternative? ÖGB Fachgruppe Gesundheit
