Potential

Flattnitz ist ein kleines und feines Skigebiet. Wichtig wäre einmal eine gute Zusammenarbeit aller Betriebe und die Erhaltung der kleinen Struktur. Es wäre die Ansiedelung eines Leitbetriebes nötig. Pflege der Langlaufloipen und umfassendes Angebot für Familien. Ausbau von Hütten -JauEnstationen. Verkehrsberuhigten durch Temporeduktion.. Der Ort hat so viele ungenutzte Ressourcen und die Umgebung ist noch großteils naturnah. Flattnitz hat viel Potential.

Gemeinwohl Ökonomie Privatisierung

Naturnahes, unspektakuläres Familienschigebiete wurde von einem reichen Typen gekauft, der es zum Jagdgebiet für andere Reiche machen will 🙈

Gemeinde/Liftgesellschaft vs. Grundbesitzer

Die jahrelange Untätigkeit der Gemeinde und der Liftgesellschaft wieder eine vernünftige Basis mit dem Grundeigentümer herzustellen führte zu dieser Situation. Wie es für Aussenstehende aussieht hat die Gemeinde auch kaum Interesse dies zu ändern. Ein solches Verhalten hat in der Vergangeheit schon zum Verlust des Sonnenliftes geführt.
