RGB Financial Officer Leaves To Pursue Personal Interest

Malaysia's casino equipment supplier RGB International Bhd said Teh Mun Hui has resigned as the company's finance chief. RGB International told the Malaysian Stock Exchange on Friday that Teh was due to vacate its chief financial officer post on Sunday.

Mr. Te, a 46-year-old Malaysian, oversaw the accounting, financial management and corporate financial functions of RGB Group. 릴게임

RGB International has made it clear that in the meantime, CFO responsibilities representing the group will be handled by the company's new vice president of investment and finance, Chuah Engwa, "until we find the right candidates."

The company said Mr. Tec was leaving to pursue personal interests and had no disagreement with the board.

After working at Arthur Andersen and Co, she joined RGB International as finance manager in 2001, becoming finance and finance general manager in 2004, finance director in 2007, and chief finance officer in 2015.

RGB International told the stock exchange that Tec owns more than 2.17 million shares of the company's common stock.

In May, RGB International reported revenue of 6.7 million yuan (about $1.6 million) in the first quarter of the year, up 6% from a year earlier, as revenue rose.
