The top floor consists of a Presidential suite and four other top-floor suites.
Commenting on the suite, the developers said, "It will provide an undisturbed view of the Philadelphia skyline."
Spas, cafes, and fitness centers surround the amenities.
However, the hotel does not have a brand and is labeled "Parx Casino Hotel".
In a related development, a Parks official said, "Architects will use Marriott as a brand standard in terms of planning and organizing a new hotel."
In addition, all restaurants will provide in-house services without a brand.
Banquet and wedding as a primary target group:
Joxn Dixon, chief operating officer at Parx Casino, said throughout his presentation to Bensalem Township Council. "The 14,000-square-foot banquet hall will have a capacity of 800 people and will be suitable for weddings, business meetings and small exhibitions.
"We can segment the room according to the event requirements."
"The Parks Casino Hotel will not compete with the Pennsylvania Convention Center in downtown Philadelphia for national competitions such as car shows and flower shows because of its size," he said
In this regard, he added: "We have no room for those things. This is for regional and regional meetings.
"We're not in that league (for the convention), but it's going to be a good place for people to conference and get together."
However, the hotel will not be age-limited like a casino.
