Der Petent fordert auf europäischer Ebene ein Verbot des Verkaufs von Geolokalisationsdaten durch Telekommunikations- und Mobilfunkunternehmen an Dritte. Der Petent argumentiert, dass solche Daten, sind sie einmal verkauft, von unethisch vorgehenden Unternehmen missbraucht werden können, wodurch die Privatsphäre von Bürgern und die individuelle Freiheit erheblich beeinträchtigt würden.
