Předkladatelka petice tvrdí, že od té doby, co v roce 2016 podala ministrovi Simonu Coveneyovi žádost o ochranu při zveřejnění informace v rámci whistleblowingu, neobdržela žádnou odpověď ani rozhodnutí/výsledek. Tvrdí, že je velmi znepokojena postupem irských úřadů v případech ochrany při zveřejnění informace v rámci whistleblowingu. Předkladatelka žádá Evropský parlament, aby pomohl v tomto případě porušení jejích základních práv.
