Yes, they still exist and supposedly they cannot be banned:
"A ban on leaf blowers is not possible for reasons of European and competition law. Specific regulations are determined by the federal states and local authorities." The GermanFederal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection.
Despite all the harmful effects on human health, nature and the environment? And climate protection?
I am starting this petition as an affected person and hope that there are many responsible people who will ban these devices from their lives!

Today I met 2 caretakers / gardeners? who kicked up the dust on the pavement in front of me and threatened me with the police when I protested! Have we come this far, I asked them?
