Petitsioon on adresseeritud: The International Committee of the Red Cross - Humanitarian Help for People Affected by Armed Conflicts

Huge humanitarian catastrophe is approaching at a furious pace in north-west outskirts of Kyiv, which was occupied by Russian forces. Hundreds of thousands civilians remained trapped without water, electricity and gas since February 25, 2022. Besides lack of food, water, medicine,  they has been suffering from the violence of occupants. So called "kadyrovsy" dislocated in this area. terrorizing civilians daily, so people have to spend most of the time in the cold basements, considering wintry weather (low -10C). Any efforts to deliver humanitarian relief by local volunteers has been failed. Efforts of self-evacuation were fatal for so many people that other are fearful of attempt to escape. 
Residents from Irpin, Bucha, Hostomel keep sending desperate letters and messages in social media for  the Red Cross for provide humanitarian aid and evacuation corridors for civilians.
 
On the South coast of Ukraine, besieged city of Mariupol, has been left without electricity, water and basic services.
City of Kharkiv is at massive humanitarian crises now, millions of civilians reside in the bomb shelters without basic needs. Fearless volunteers keep delivering help under constant shelling attacks, but they unable to cover all needs of millions residents left homeless
The Red Cross, please hear desperate messages of thousand civilians suffering from horror and devastation of this war!!!
