I call on the whole thinking World, politics, leaders, and members of international organizations and communities, opinion leaders, cultural figures, faith leaders and people of all religions, people from around the World together and individually to support the initiative of the United Nations Security Council to recognize putin as the terrorist, apply counter-terrorism measures to him, and bring to justice under the international law for terrorism activities.
I call for help to stop the war that Russia started and, for now, continues against Ukraine and, indirectly, against the entire civilized world. On February 24, 2022, Putin invaded the territory of Ukraine with his russian troops and killed people, children, destroyed cities and villages, and threatened the world with nuclear weapons. It must be stopped for the sake of peace in Ukraine, Europe, and the whole World.

Putin is terrorist because he uses tactic of group terrorist ISIS, mercenaries russians and Russian troops than commit rape, kidnnaping, torture and killing children and civilians, in Bucha was found hundreds of children with 4 month of age than was burial and cause of death rape in group committed by russian army. Terrorist Putin bombing school, hospitals and target civilian against Ukraine for all it Putin is terrorist.
