Het verzoekschrift is gericht aan: The European Parliament and the European Commission, particularly in matters concerning asylum policy, human rights, and visa regulations.

We call for the creation of a special EU-wide humanitarian visa for Russian conscientious objectors. This “protection visa” would offer safety to individuals who refuse military service on moral or political grounds and are at risk of persecution, imprisonment, forced conscription or violence in Russia.
