Petiționarul afirmă că a transportat o mașină și o motocicletă în Madeira și că pentru ambele taxele fuseseră plătite integral în Germania. I s-a cerut să plătească 900 EUR și, respectiv, 11 000 EUR ca taxe de import pe vehicule, fapt pe care îl consideră profund injust. El cere eliminarea taxei.
