24.02.2022 Russia started war in Ukraine. Russian bombs and artilery is killing civil people, destroying civil infrastructure and is aiming to destroy the whole nation.
We ask Chinese Government to block access of Russia to Union Pay, block their financial flow and block financing of war
Motivazioni:
Blocking of financial flows of Russia is one of the most crucial triggers to make them start peaceful negotiations with ukrainian government
