The forests of europe are shrinking at an enormous speed. While other projects are ongoing somewhere thousands of kilometers on the other side of Asia. The European Union doesn't strengthen our environment and natural wildlife habitats enough.
I want this petition to succeed, so they have to start more projects on european ground to let our forests and stock of trees to grow. This can prevent climate changes and has a huge impact in our health of all organisms.
Reason
If you support this petition, you will benefit from it directly and just think about your children and grandchildren. Do you want them to live in a Europe that doesn't protect it's own landscape while funding projects all over the world, but not on their own ground!?
Our forests are slowly dying and this process can be reversed. It doesn't even cost that much money, to plant new trees. The seeds are cheap and the effort is worth it. It doesn't do any harm to our daily lives, if the Euopean Union starts more projects to let our beautiful continent shine in a green light.
