We call on all European and American states to sign this petition in defense of Ukraine against the terror of Russian troops and leadership against civilians in Ukraine.
We call on humanitarian organizations to ensure security for the evacuation of civilians from hostilities. Provide green corridors with the presence of the UN Peacekeeping Force.
Russia is cynically ignoring the guarantees of the Geneva Convention aimed at protecting civilians in wartime. Cluster mines explode, hospitals, schools and kindergartens are bombed.
