The petitioner complains about the high levels of air pollution in Bucharest and challenges the decision of the City Hall to withdraw the eco vignette for polluting cars entering the city centre, also known as the “Oxygen tax.” The petitioner points out that EU environmental law is consistently breached in Bucharest and that this affects the life and health of all its citizens.
