On the new Italian legislation concerning technical health-related professions 

The petitioner condemns the recent Italian legislation on the ‘establishment of registers for the technical, rehabilitative and preventive health-related professions’. A ministerial decree of 13 March 2018 allegedly makes it mandatory, for those working as workplace consultants in the field of prevention, to register in the new professional healthcare register in order to continue to work within different local health authorities. According to the petitioner, such an obligation contravenes European legislation.
