Dies ist eine Online-Petition of the European Parliament.
The petitioner states that from June to August 2019 the Siberian Taiga forests suffered massive fires, which covered over 4 million hectares and resulted in massive loss and destruction of biodiversity, massive degradation of the largest biome on Earth (the Taiga) and a significant threat to other countries via the air pollution that travelled by currents. She calls on the EU institutions to take action for the protection of the Taiga biome.
