The petitioner criticises the electrosmog caused by the proliferation of an excessive number of radio and television antenna masts (more than 200) on top of an urban development housing approximately 2 000 residents. Despite the demolition order issued by the mayor, the situation has not been resolved and this is causing serious detriment to the population, members of which have been exposed to electromagnetic radiation for 30 years (as attested by epidemiological investigations into the main causes of deteriorating health: insomnia, tumours, diabetes and heart disease).
