The petitioner states that the open-pit lithium mine in Valdeflores threatens the natural surroundings of Sierra de la Mosca. She criticises the waste disposal system and the evaporation pond. She also complains that the mine is impractical as it uses a large quantity of water, depleting and contaminating the aquifers.
